- Payment information, which is entered directly with our payment processor (such as Stripe). We don’t see or store your full card number.
2. Calls with our AI voice assistant
When you tap “Talk to our AI” on our website or speak with Sarah, our AI assistant, by phone, your voice is processed by our voice AI provider so the assistant can understand and answer you. These conversations may be recorded and transcribed, and we use the transcripts to follow up with you, book appointments and improve the assistant. Your browser will ask for permission before using your microphone. If you’d rather not talk to an AI assistant, call us at (903) 222-6022 during business hours.
Website chatbot
Our website chatbot is an AI assistant. What you type may be processed by our AI provider to generate replies, and chats during a booking are sent to our team with your request. Please don't share sensitive information such as card numbers or passwords in the chat.
3. Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your phone number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your inquiry, appointments and projects. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not share or sell your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and pages viewed, to deliver and secure the site.
